Terms and Conditions VB8 – Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and vb8 ("Platform", "we", or "vb8"). This document governs the use of all services, games, and features available on the vb8 platform, including the website at vb8.ng and any related mobile applications.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vb8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

These Terms take effect immediately upon completion of your vb8 account registration. vb8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the vb8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) active account at vb8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information including full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Updating your account information should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notifying vb8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Identity Verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your ID, proof of address, and payment method details. This process protects you and ensures the overall security of the platform.

Vb8 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly if there are grounds to believe that the information provided is false or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawal of Funds

Vb8 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• The payment method used for deposits must be under the registered member's name only.
• Vb8 does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members, friends, or joint accounts.
• All deposits are subject to anti-fraud checks before funds are credited.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with a bonus must be met before a withdrawal is processed.
• Vb8 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method and KYC verification process.
• Vb8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by vb8 are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. The following conditions apply to all bonuses in general:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never held an account with vb8.
• The wagering (rollover) requirement for each bonus is as stated in the terms of the respective offer. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings generated after the wagering requirements are met may be withdrawn.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through opposing bets (arbing), multiple accounts, or methods deemed fraudulent will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games available on vb8 are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.

• Game results recorded by the vb8 server are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the display on your device and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Vb8 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game session, vb8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled by the player.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.

For live casino games, additional rules set by the respective game provider also apply. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before starting a session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system or game software.
• Money Laundering: Using the vb8 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account whether directly or through a proxy.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic opposing bets or dishonest methods.
• False Information: Providing false personal or financial information during registration or the KYC process.
• System Disruption: Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without written authorization.
• Unlawful Collusion: Colluding with other players or staff to manipulate game outcomes.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Vb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member themselves.
• Self-exclusion upon member request for responsible gaming purposes.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the vb8 customer support team. Once an account is closed upon the member's own request, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

If an account is closed due to a violation, vb8 reserves the right to hold all funds in that account while an investigation is carried out. vb8's decision in such matters is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vb8 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free of errors, or meet your specific expectations.

Under no circumstances shall vb8 be liable for any losses arising from account security breaches caused by the member's own negligence or actions.

11. Amendment of Terms
